Sibtain is a Junior Associate Lawyer at Lee & Associates, where he practices exclusively in plaintiff-side civil litigation. Called to the Ontario Bar in 2025, Sibtain brings a client-focused and detail-oriented approach to every stage of litigation. He is experienced with accident benefits claims, tort matters, and administrative tribunal proceedings.

Prior to his Call to the Bar, Sibtain successfully completed his articling with Lee & Associates, where he gained valuable experience in plaintiff advocacy. He earned his law degrees from Osgoode Hall Law School, Master of Laws, University of Hertfordshire, U.K., Master of Laws with Commendation, in Commercial Law and Intellectual Property, and University of London, Bachelor of Laws.

Additionally, Sibtain brings with him years of experience as a Lawyer from Pakistan, having worked on Corporate and Commercial matters for multiple Multinational Corporations. Sibtain routinely assists in all facets of personal injury litigation. He is committed to maintaining clear communication with clients and ensuring they are informed and supported throughout the legal process.
